DHIS 2 uses Launchpad for issue tracking and code management. Use it to report bugs and request features.

Demo

To see DHIS 2 in action and get an overview of the system, have a look at the demo of the latest release. Log in with admin / district as user name / password.

Licensing

DHIS 2 is released as free and open software under the BSD license. This means that it is not only available for download free of charge, but you have access to the source code and may modify and redistribute our software.

Mailing lists

If you have questions related to the usage, setup or implementation of DHIS 2 you can sign up for the user mailing list. If you have questions about or want to follow the development process of DHIS 2 you can sign up for the developer mailing list. If you want to participate in writing documentation signing up for the documenter mailing list would be useful. In order to sign up you need to register as a user at Launchpad. Click the subscribe button below the mailing list header to sign up.

Source code

Browse the latest source code in the source code repository here. This is known as trunk and is where the mainline development takes place.

DHIS 2 is developed by HISP which is a global south-south-north collaborative network aiming at better health care in developing countries through the combination of research on and implementation of health information systems.
